Chad J. Boulay - Founder & President
Chad Boulay has over 20 years of diversified real estate industry experience managing over 80,000,000 square feet of real estate nationally during his career. Specializing in property and asset management, Mr. Boulay's experience spans across all aspects of real estate including but not limited to: property investment & redevelopment, construction management, brokerage and vendor management. Over his career, Chad has negotiated hundreds of leases and participated in both the disposition and acquisition of properties nationally. Chad is an active real estate investor and provides consulting services to private and institutional clients.
Mr. Boulay is currently a member of BOMA Boston. Chad received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Assumption College in Worcester, MA and is a Massachusetts licensed realtor. Chad resides in South Boston with his wife and two daughters.
